Oh! Hey! If you are looking for Amanda, she took the day off to go eat bon bons and watch her stories (Screw you Cheryl). I decided I’d fill in the gap for her (I was nice enough to let her guest post – again). You’re welcome (I’m sorry). Wait. Unless you think this is stupid (Unless you like her posts).
Annnnnnnnnnyway, my name is Cheryl and I am the blogger behind Beautiful Side of Hectic. My blog is a somewhat cornucopia of awesomeness (Except that she likes Glee and posts about it sometimes). I like to do random things to make people laugh. Or my children do things to make other people laugh (Her girls are hilarious. Full of awesome one liners. They’re the real talent). Totally win win.
I admit, I come up with some pretty off the wall questions. None of those “which came first the chicken and the egg” questions. Nope! Not here! Although…. That is a pretty interesting question. I doubt I’ll be able to answer it. Here are some of the random things I’ve questioned:
- Let’s say you’re blind… And you have a seeing eye dog. We all should be very well aware if you have a dog, you pick up their poop if you’re out somewhere. So what happens when the blind person has to pick up the poop? Do they have to get down and feel around with it? Because that’s just plain nasty.
- Who created the English language? Seriously though. When I asked Adam how these people came up with the words for things he told me they’re derived from another language. Really Adam? If English is derived from other languages and English wasn’t created, your logic sucks.
- While we’re on the topic of English…Who named the orange? And also? Why does the fruit taste like a colour? All good fruit names taken by then?
- Why do people “like” what they put on facebook? Of course you like it, you wrote it!
Since Rhea and I share a brain, she came up with these ones…
- Who was the first person to look at a cow and say ‘I’ll squeeze these pink things here, and drink whatever comes out?’
- If quizzes are quizzical, what are tests?
- And finally why isn’t there mouse flavoured cat food??
So… There are my most urgent questions. Do you have anything I can add?

Here’s the thing about the blind person. They can’t see the dog poop, so they don’t know he did, therefore they don’t pick it up. They’re not like kids, they don’t grunt and hide in the corner when they are doing it. For all the blind person knows, he’s just sniffing a fire hydrant.
