Amanda started Confessions From HouseholdSix back in 2007 as a way to help keep her sanity, remember things her two boys said or did, and to showcase her digital scrapbooking. It has since evolved into much more. Amanda says that her goal with Confessions From HouseholdSix is to show what Army life is really like. If she can dispel one myth about Army life a person my have, then she feels she’s accomplished what she set out to do.
Amanda is currently a stay at home mom to two boys ages 10 and 5. Her 10 year old is diagnosed with Asperger’s, and her 5 year old is diagnosed with moderate autism. Amanda blogs about the boys and their antics, the family’s health issues (autism, allergies, asthma, fibromyalgia, migraines, and food sensitivities), and life as an Army family.
