Breakfast with Santa – 2009
I really hope my kids grow up to appreciate breakfast with Santa on these early Saturday mornings in December when they’re older. It’s hell for us adults. Although it would be a lot better if it weren’t for the general lack of parenting. I saw one kid kicking his mom while in line to see Santa, and all she did was say in a an almost sing-song voice “Do you think that’s a good choice?” I showed my husband the receipt for our tickets and said “This is what Hell costs.” LOL.
This is where they hold the breakfast at Wegman’s. Next year I really think they should offer beer sales during the breakfast. Just a suggestion since it’s there and all.

Oh no! Flash problems… lol. I don't know if I can do the "pictures with santa" thing with my kids, lol. I was always too aware that there were strangers in those suits as a kid and wouldn't go near them, lol. But if Emma WANTS to when she's older… well, that's different.
I'm sure your kids will always remember everything you've done for them, including these breakfasts with Santa, to make their Christmasas wonderful!
I LOVE your idea of beer for the adults at the breakfast, sounds like a perfect idea to me… it would probably make for much happier mommies & daddies.
Those "new-age" parents really burn my butt, I don't know if they just don't care or if they really don't understand that they are screwing up their kids. It also totally annoys the rest of us!
