The burn a week later. Healing the way it should be according to the doc, and it shouldn’t be much longer that I can stop wrapping it all the time. That will also mean I can get more stuff done around the house. Cooking has gotten really creative around here lately as well.

Caution! Hot Oil!

No matter how many times you cook, or cook with hot oil (even just a little bit), safety is imperative. I learned that last night. Otherwise, you can land yourself in the ER with 2nd degree burns.
