Giveaways

-Don’t forget this is the last week to enter to win in the grand opening giveaways over at the Parent Support Space Blog. (Hey, I’m allowed to plug this one all I want, I write over there too)

-The Army Wife has a lot of baby giveaways going on right now. One of particular interest to me is the Exederm giveaway. My boys and I all suffer from eczema, and we have found several products that are “good enough” for awhile, then stop working. I’m still on the hunt for that elusive “miracle product” that works for us. It doesn’t even have to cure our itchies. I’d settle for being itch free the majority for the time.

-There are several fitness giveaways over at Prissy Green. The one in particular that I’m going to spam you with here is the Brooks shoes. I LOVE them. I’ve been wearing Brooks running shoes as my go to sneakers for the last year. I just can’t say enough about them. I went into a local shoe store having tons of foot issues. My feet were KILLING me at the end of every day and when I’d wake up in the morning. My doctor suggested Crocs, and while I love the flip flops, the clogs are just fugly. I needed a good pair of sneakers. With my wide toes, high arches, narrow heels, and over pronation (I walk on the insides of my feet), I’m not an easy person to fit. I swear, when the sales guy put those Brooks on me, the heavens opened up and the angels sang. They are now my sneaker of choice. If they ever stop making the specific shoe I wear, I’ll probably cry because it’s so hard to find new shoes for me.
