Review and Giveaway Terms

I will do a tactful and honest review of the pros and cons of every product or service from a consumer standpoint based on my experience. I do receive the product or monetary compensation for my time and efforts on a review and giveaway. This does not determine my opinion. My reviews and comments do not necessarily reflect those of the company. Not everyone may have the same experience with the same product. This blog is not responsible for actions taken by persons based on content contained on this blog.

For Sponsors:

Sponsor is responsible for providing a product for review. Samples will not be returned. Sponsor is responsible for any and all shipping and handling costs. Sponsors will be provided a link to the review and/or giveaway featuring their product in the time frame agreed upon by the sponsor and blog owner.

In the event of a giveaway, blog owner will provide the winner’s e-mail at the end of the giveaway period to the sponsor. Sponsors are responsible for contacting and providing winners with their prizes at no cost to the winners.

I also strongly encourage Sponsors to donate to Bloggers Give. An article featuring what has been donated as of July 5, 2009 can be found here.

Added October 19, 2009: I shouldn’t even have to say this, but Sponsors WILL NOT farm e-mail addresses off the comments of this blog. This is a disservice to their company ethics and to my readership. Any company I catch doing this will be called out.

For Giveaway Entrants:

Any person not following giveaway rules will be disqualified. Your entry may be deleted. Comments on this blog may go to moderation. Duplicate entries will be discarded or deleted. Giveaway winners have 48 hours to e-mail this blog owner at amanda(at)confessionsfromhh6(dot)com with contact information to have their prize shipped to them. Giveaway winner’s contact information will be sent to the sponsoring company to ship the the prize to the winner. Blog owner is not responsible for the sponsor’s actions after they have been notified of the giveaway winner. If winners do not e-mail blog owner with contact information then the prize will be redistributed at the blog owner’s discretion.
