Wordless Wednesday
I may have posted this picture before, but it still amazes me. This picture was taken of my husband 4 years ago almost to the day when he was in Iraq. There was this huge sandstorm called a haboob coming in and there he is on the roof getting his picture taken. The best way I can describe a haboob is to compare it to The Mummy movies where the sand just comes up and creates a huge wall and overtakes everything. AMAZING. You hear about sand storms, but I’ve never imagined them that big!

I love how he looks so calm and smiling with this massive cloud heading his way. That’s awesome!
